Xmaxx Body Window Vent and Dual Fan Mount Kit (Set of 3)

When it gets hot and you need more air flow and fan mounting options, this kit saves the day!
With different options to choose from, you can be sure to keep your truck cool!
Full Body Vent and Dual Fan Mount Kit (Includes Two Side Window Vents and the Rear Dual 40mm Fan Mount and Fan Guards)
Side Window Vents (Includes Two Side Window Vents)
Rear Dual 40mm Fan Mount (Includes Rear 40mm Fan Mount and Fan Guards)
First, line up the flat mounting brace to the outside of the window. The brace should perfectly line up to the window outline. Next, drill out the mounting holes and temporarily mount the brace to the outside of the window with just a couple M3x10mm bolts. (These are the 5 holes on the outer edge of the brace.) Then, trace the air vents (These are the small square holes in the braces.) After that is done, remove the brace from the body and cut out the air vents. Now it's time to assemble it all. Line up the outer vent to the body and inner brace with the five M3x10mm mounting bolts that are included in the kit. Finally, secure the outer vent to the body and inner brace with 5 of the included lock nuts.
First line up the flat mounting brace to the outside of the body. Then, drill out the two mounting holes and secure the brace with 2 of the included M3x10mm bolts and M3 Lock Nuts. (These are 2 holes on the Left and Right of the brace. Don't worry about the outer mounting bracket yet. You will want to make all the holes with just the thinner brace for now.) Now, drill out the 8 fan mounting holes and trace the 2 large circle air vents. Then, remove the brace and cut out those air vents. Once you are done with that, it is time to assemble everything. Take the outer bracket and the M3x10mm bolts and line it up to the outside of the body. Line up the inner brace onto the bolts and use two M3 lock nuts to secure everything to the body. Next grab your choice of 40mm fans and mounting hardware and attach the fans to the inside of the body with the Fan Guards placed in-between the fans and the brace. (Fan mounting hardware included is for 10mm tall fans only)
